Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Order Processing

Orders ship in 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is separate from processing time.

Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in its original condition with all parts and packaging. Email us before shipping a return so we can provide instructions.

The buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error. Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

90-Day Limited Warranty

The Truck Caddy includes a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by a vehicle, cargo, weather, or third-party equipment.

After reviewing a valid claim, we may repair or replace the affected part or issue a refund, at our discretion. Proof of purchase and photos may be required. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under applicable law.
