These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thetruckcaddy.com and purchases from The Truck Caddy, operated by Superior Post & Brace LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We work to describe products accurately, but colors, dimensions, availability, and specifications may change. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or correct errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are presented at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

Orders ship in 3–5 business days. Returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery for unused, uninstalled, unmodified products in original condition. The buyer pays return shipping. The Truck Caddy includes a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. Full details are available at /shipping-returns.

PROPER USE AND INSTALLATION

You are responsible for confirming product suitability, following instructions, securing cargo, checking fasteners and clearances, and using the product safely. Do not use a product that is damaged, improperly installed, or unsuitable for the intended vehicle or load.

WEBSITE USE

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in violation of law, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, product names, logos, images, designs, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Superior Post & Brace LLC and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except for the express 90-day limited warranty and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, products and the website are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Post & Brace LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
